TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
YOU MAY:
- use these graphics for items to be given away as freebies or resold in a store. No credit is required, however credit is always appreciated. If you do choose to credit me, please credit Pixiemama Designs. You do not have to credit the item used, only the designer.
- submit any layouts using portions of or entire pieces of this zip file, either to online or print publications so long as credit is given to the original copyright holder. This includes any graphics which have been altered.
- use these graphics for your own personal website design provided the same credit is given.
- alter any graphics in respect to color, size, by adding to or removing from original images. However, images may be recolored to better suit your designs, color scheme, etc.
- print a hardcopy to be used in personal scrapbooking projects ONLY, including hybrid projects. If hybrid project using any original images is published either online or in print, please give proper credit.
- make one copy of these graphics in any way, but your copy must include terms of use notices. Please do not make more than one copy, and please use for backup purposes only.
- use this product in In-Home Scrap-For-Hire business, so long as all images or projects created are in flattened or printed format. No extraction of graphics or elements by a third-party are allowed. The one exception to this rule is quickpages. In order to avoid extraction of elements please do not create quickpages with this product unless consent is given by original copyright holder (Leticia Holuska).
- this item may be used to make S4H/S4O OK kits to be resold and/or distributed as a free item (“freebie”) as long as the item is not included as-is or claimed to be your own creation.

YOU MAY NOT:
- resell these CU items as a bundle pack. Graphics must be altered in some way in order to resell or give away as a freebie. Designs should not contain more than 25% of these items.
- create other CU elements with these items. This includes but is not limited to CU freebies, CU element packs, CU for CU, and designer tools. If you have any questions, please feel free to email me. Email is located at the bottom of this TOU and I will answer all questions to the best of my ability.
- claim any graphics or images, including altered graphics or images, as your own design.
- use any graphics, original or altered, or any portion of this product, in any commercial use item, for sale or for free download.
- make alteration to graphics in any way that will take away the artistic integrity of the original graphic or design.
- incorportate these graphics in any commercial projects such as web design/sites, any templates or any project that will bring income. DO NOT resell, sublicense, or otherwise make available any graphics or items in this file for use by others or for any kind of distribution, or in any way where they could be stored or used by others.
- use any graphics from this file to create obscene or defamatory content, or anything immoral or otherwise prohibited by law.
- use this product or graphics in any online collections, CD ROMs, free or paid, or otherwise distributed in any way, for use by others.
- use this product to make freebies or quickpages without consent from original copyright holder (Leticia Holuska).

OTHER CONDITIONS YOU AGREE TO:
- Please try to notify Leticia Holuska in the event that a project, paper or digital, is to be used or published in any magazines, online or print format, in which the content of this file is used. This is not required, but is considered courteous.
- If you do choose to notify me of publication, please email with your full name, your email address, the name of the publication and/or website of publication, the date of the publication, a picture/image of your submission if possible, and content used in submission. Please also give proper credit to Leticia Holuska/Pixiemama Designs.
- Leticia Holuska/Pixiemama Designs will not be held responsible for any hardship or loss incurred from the use of this product, to any person, organization, or business.<brI would love to see any work created with my designs.
